I am asking here because I think Skyler Fire will know the answer! Was Car 12 the citywide tour commander? I‘m not sure if he’s exempt from that because I though chief of safety is assigned on 4th alarm if available. 🤔
The Chief in question just got the spot back as Chief of Safety. Due to low amount of staff chiefs he is keeping the citywide TC for now. When he doesn’t have CW he will go on the 4th alarm.
