I would like to know too. I've heard before SQ-1 responding as the Squad to boxes where SQ-252 goes as an engine, not sure about this particular box.

Good Question - Especially since the AH at 20St & 4th Ave came-in during this Job. (Rescue5 Assigned)
 
Squad 288 should have been the Squad. If R2 was unavailable, I would think R4 would get this box.
