Description: Fire in a 6-story h-Type OMD
0050hrs- Caller rpts electrical fire in apartment 6H.
E-21, 22, 25; TL-11, L-12; Car 2302
0053hrs- 60 Control advising 2nd call from neighbor reporting fire from the window. Car 2302 req. the 4th Engine as FAST.
4th Engine: E-23FAST
0055hrs- Car 2302 on location, transmitting 10-75 for top floor, smoke pushing from cockloft vents. Car 2301 on location.
0056hrs- EMS 30A1 to scene, Car 2301 responding.
0058hrs- Car 2302 rpts heavy fire top floor apartment on exposure #3 side.
1304hrs- Car 2301 rpts 2301 is IC, 2302 is Operations. Putting a line in service ATT, (1) occupant out of the apartment.
1305hrs- Car 2301 transmitting 2nd Alarm. Co's rpt fire in the cockloft, opening up the roof.
2nd Alarm: E-24, L-13 w/Mask Service Unit
1307hrs- Car 2301 transmitting the 3rd Alarm, req. utilities, buildings department, Fire Investigation Unit
3rd Alarm: Yonkers E-312, L-73, B-2
1308hrs- M/A Pelham E-5, Larchmont TL-7 to Station 1. Greenville E-152, Eastchester TL-17 to Station 3.
1308hrs- CMD req. 2nd ambulance to scene, North x Union. 20A2 enroute.
1311hrs- Car 2301 rpts companies evacuating the occupants and req. a county bus to scene.
1317hrs- E-24 on location to bring stand pipe pack. CMD advising 50-60 occupants for the bus.
1320hrs- Yonkers companies arriving. (2) ladders set up at the rear of the building.
1336hrs- Car 2301 rpts (2) LSO fire DWH. (3) ladders to the roof. Still evacuating occupants.
1343hrs- NRFD E-17, R-4 in service responding to the scene.
1358hrs- Car 2301 rpts co's cutting 2nd trench. Primary completed on the 6th floor.
1400hrs- Larchmont TL-7 to 150 Cooper Dr- force entry for EMS. M/A for EMS.
1412hrs- Pelham E-5, Larchmont TL-7 for outside smoke, Center X Pelham. Car 2301 advises likely smoke from Union St.
1423hrs- Car 2301 rpts still using all hands, Primary on the 5th floor is (-). Roll call has ben conducted, all units accounted for. DWH
1436hrs- Car 2301 rts all companies continue to work. Roof collapse 6th floor.
