I can think of at least 7 or 8 engines that can get to that box before 46. Including ones that were already discussed that should go before 83 and maybe even 58.

Well as you can see from the rundown, those 7 or 8 engines were not available

46 shouldnt be on that ticket before the 5th engine on the 10-75, the special called engine, the engines on the 2nd, or a bunch of others. If it just so happened that 59, 67, 58, 83, and 35 all went 10-8 to take in the job right after the initial box went out, that seems incredibly odd. Not to mention the other engines a lot closer than 46 that all must have been preoccupied.
