47-29 Bell Blvd is the entrance to Christmas Karaoke which is in the cellar of the bldg & runs to the corner under the adjoining small store & the Supermarket ...the Fish store & the Paint store....a rabbit warren of small rooms....Fire there about a year or so ago.....underground space used to be the Comedy Club for years.

just a difference of opinion - I see it as they had a job last night & an awning fire tonight
