Busy tiller night in Brooklyn... 147 s/c to AH box 3783, 175 relocated to 147.

118 operated for an extended period at a water leak, 104 was relocating to them.

175 was about to go home from their relocation when the job in Flatbush came in & they called the dispatcher that they're still in the area & were assigned FAST which caused them to initially miss this job.

101 relocated to 147.

106 made it all the way from Greenpoint to East NY to cover 175 only to be sent right back upon 175 returning from Flatbush, 175 was then s/c to the 2nd Alarm but 106 is already back in their first due area.

interesting. Thanks for sharing.

Also Thanks to Disp. Brian G. for pointing out Tiller 143 from QNS went to the Cityline Second at 2054.

Talking about the Trucks assigned ,  very interesting to see that the 1st Alarm has  TL 142 2ND DUE,  H&L 143 FAST & TL 135 S/C
are all from Queens

But as you know 2 & 1/2 blocks East it would have been a QNS Box .

Eldert Lane - just saying. :o

Thanks, corrected. (I got it from here: http://www.fdnewyork.com/getbox.asp)

No worries. It seems that street has had an identity crisis for well over a century. I grew up calling it Eldert. I recall the street signs north of Atlantic Ave marked as Elderts Lane in places, south of Atlantic it was Eldert Lane. Interestingly this almost matches where Eldert Lane is half in Brooklyn/half in Queens (north of 95th Ave and 1 block south of Atlantic) and all in Brooklyn (south of 95th Ave). Now all the signs are marked Eldert, but the J train stop is still Elderts. But I digress....    ;D
