My guess is after the 4th was transmitted they were told to remain 10-8 and 58 got the ticket

L49 was 10-84 after 3rd alarm was transmitted - you can hear them saying that they are 10-84

E-60 was OOS Mechanical most of the day/night

E60 has been in an out of service since the middle of last year.I know becauase I went to there in September last year for my birthday.I took a pic in front of E60 and they said they just got it back from the shops. Same can be said L17
