E-60 was OOS Mechanical most of the day/night

E60 has been in an out of service since the middle of last year.I know becauase I went to there in September last year for my birthday.I took a pic in front of E60 and they said they just got it back from the shops. Same can be said L17

Where was E-60? No idea. Maybe in Queens relocated or Another borough.
