Surprised this ended up being a 2nd for a 20x30 1 story PD. The building is more like a cottage

I think L166 might be shut out again, L156 should be 1st on the 2nd alarm. Just a guess.

I'm not on FDNY, but thinkin' - Fire Throughout, 2 l/s/o, 3rd Stretched, Reports of squatters, Little space between
Exposures, Propane Tanks, e-bikes (Lithium).... Probably a Good Call for 2nd. ;)

You are going to have more than 2 l/s/o. again. There is a threshold
