SI 5-7 signal box 2369: Reporting a car fire

SI to SQ8, TL86: getting a few addresses. Getting 1847 Richmond Avenue by the bank, Signs at Richmond, and on Signs Road. Motorcycle on fire.

TL86: Richmond @ signs. We got somebody down, need ambulance (EMS notified already)

SQ8: Keep E166 on this please we need a CFRD engine

TL86: Have PD respond we have a large crowd forming

E166: CPR is in progress, EMS is on scene

SQ8: 2&1, for a 10-36 code 3

Car into backyard of house/fence/pole

(1) ejected DOA. (1) fled scene

E166, TL86, TSU2 and BC22 operated

NYPD: Passenger dead after car tears through pole, obliterates fences in Staten Island crash; driver flees

A male passenger was pronounced dead at the scene on Goethals Road North by EMS.

Regarding the second one, the driver who ran actually took the plates off the car after the crash so he wouldn't get arrested. Bro forgot VIN exists.

Unless it was a stolen car, with plates from a legal car so it wouldn't get flagged
