I happened to be listening to Phila fire radio when this job came in. It went south really fast. One of the people pulled out was in cardiac arrest. The officer from E.19 had burns to his hands and face. Here's a few more units added to the job,,,,the mayday support group,,,

Also car 2 and car 3 (Deputy Commissioners),,,when I heard them respond I thought the worse,,,especially what happened in Chicago with the floor collapsing,,,luckily it didn't work out that way.

Just an added note,,,Phila fire radio made an announcement to the units enroute that Philadelphia L & I deemed this an unsafe property even though it was still occupied.
