PD originally had it as a Female down a manhole....106 David was 84 & confirmed that....EMS reported one Red Tag civilian...shoulder deformity...broken femur.

Ouch, not tryin to be funny. thank god she didnt break her neck.
 
Huge response for a person down a manhole. Curious as to why it would be a major as opposed to minor technical response.
