What a rookie mistake lol. Fixed it

Think you had it correct - initial box was 3004 (90/41 - 1st due Box), later changed to 4602 after they were at the box

E64 was assigned after the box had been out (must have been elsewhere)

Not sure where the cutoff is but 90/41 are first due to some of the buildings over there.
