I doubt "321 Bert Rd" is a proper address since Googlemaps does not show a Bert Rd anywhere in NYC.

I think "E 3rd Rd" was meant.

Was the address given by the FD to units Bent road or E3rd? If Bent Rd, I’d imagine companies not familiar with the area having difficulty finding if it’s on select maps.
