1641 - Bn. 8 - We have wind that caused a lift at a construction site to malfunction. We have several sheets of 4x10 plywood that got loose around the 21st floor. We are closing 3rd Avenue from 58 Street to 60 Street and 59 Street from 2nd to Lexington.

1646 - Bn. 8 - Using 2x2xR for materials falling over a 2 block radius from a building under construction that is currently up to 27 stories.

1814 - Bn. 8 - All Hands - We are securing construction materials. No special units needed. Duration 1 hour 43 minutes.
