Fire in a 1 story 100 x100 commercial.

Box loaded up due to calls.

0928 - Bn. 17 - Transmit the 10-75. Fire in the duct-work of a restaurant.

TL-45 FAST - E-42 4th Engine

0931 - Bn. 17 - 2 L/S, 1 L/O.

0935 - Bn. 17 - Transmit the 2nd Alarm. We have fire in the cockloft.

0944 - Div. 6 - 2 L/S/O. Transmit the 3rd Alarm. (Staging - Jerome and East 167 Street)

0951 - Div. 6 - 3 L/S/O, trucks opening up.

1006 - Div. 6 - Special call an additional FAST Truck, we're going to use TL-45 (TL-33 new FAST).

1022 - FC - Per Car 4C - 2 Tower Ladders in operation, 1 2 1/2 in operation from the street. Making good progress. MBFKD. DWH

1108 - FC - Conditions remain unchanged. Setting up a multi-versal in front of the building. Secondaries are negative in all buildings except the fire building. DWH - Duration 1 hour 45 minutes.

1125 - FC - Special call an additional FAST Truck, we're putting TL-33 in service as a Tower Ladder (L-27).

1132 - FC - A third Tower Ladder is going into operation. The multi-versal is in operation and one handline from the roof of the exposure is also in operation.

1207 - FC - Transmit a full 4th Alarm with 3 additional Battalions. Have the units respond to staging and the chiefs respond to the command post.

1232 - FC - MBFKD. Trucks opening up and searching for pockets of fire. In the process of releasing 1st and 2nd alarm companies. PWH - Duration 3 hours 10 minutes.

1253 - FC - Under Control - Duration 3 hours 31 minutes.

1313 - Div. 6 - All searches are complete and negative. I'm going 10-8, Battalion 17 will be the incident commander. Please continue 1 Engine and 1 Truck for a watch-line every 3 hours. Right now we are working with E-71 & TL-31.

It's like the WAR YEARS all over again.
E 319 relocating to E 50... That's a first they relocated to allot of Engines in the Bronx back in the 70s & 80s but never went to 50... It's a nice haul from Middle Village to there... Memories..lol

3rd 3 alarm fire in less than 24 hours, wouldnt be surprised if we see field comm 1 running with a spare soon with a the miles its getting in. Bet a lot a guys willing to cover in the 17 battalion these day , especially in 68/49.
