Time to bulldoze all this crap around the streets....after this winter most are deteriorated & useless.... they are just taking away parking spaces & then having people double park next to them further clogging the streets.

There have been a number of these incidents, thankfully the vast majority have resulted in no or few injures (usually the driver). Whilst I understand the businesses' viewpoint of wanting more seating especially when they're percent limited, streets are not a safe alternative. Also, as many of these are now enclosed structures and more or less extensions of the "brick and mortar" restaurants, what building and fire codes are they held to?
