I think E 245 might be 2nd or 3rd due engine. Straight run on Neptune Ave.

E-245 was assigned to an EMS run when this box went out, became available soon after & assigned 4th due.

With 246/169 delayed behind a double parked car & 245 on another box, E-254 was advised that they might get in first.

Interesting the Three trucks on 2nd+ are all relocators.
L114 to 161 is about 15- 20 min rides, the 10-75 @ 2110 and 2nd Alarm @2118 probably sent them directly to Fire when they went 10-8 in 161’s response area.
I bet L 166 wasn’t happy.

114 was 10-8 in 161’s area & said available for 2nd. 147 also available but told to remain 10-8. Assigned after extra trucks requested.

L166 was the only BC43 company who didn’t respond to this fire. And with a straight shot down Neptune avenue too - normally 4th or 5th due.

Had the 2nd on arrival been transmitted, not giving time for relocators to enter the area, L166 would have been assigned.

Rage, selfishness and stupidity are a heck of a combo. Hopefully everyone hurt as a result of this act recovers quickly and fully. Gotta wonder as well if maybe that 10-45 code 2 woulda been in better shape had the first due companies not been delayed by a different selfish and stupid person.

Exactly my thoughts. Hopefully both illegally parked vehicles were ticketed or would that just be wishful thinking.
