E39T HR2- I assume they were assigned as the VSU. How were they the closest VSU? By my count, L142, L115, L160, L119, L124 (at least) all closer. Were numerous units tied up or has there been a change in policy?
 
E,275 had a hydrant on the Exp. 4 side, but no siamese to supply.
The only combo siamese was at the Exp. 2 corner. The closest hydrant was across from the middle of the bldg. at about the 150 ft. mark.
I wonder if Fire Prevention was ever consulted so that common sense would say to install the siamese directly across from the nearest hydrant?!!
