I saw that tent everyday day going home and had been wondering if the Mayor's new plan would take care of it. I guess this answers that.

TV news asked why someone would start a fire in a tent?!! If they saw the original upload from the news helicopter, they would have seen multiple small brush fires, and the tent was an exposure to one of them.
the two inside the tent were probably asleep at the time.
