Maybe someone has already answered this but I didnt see it, why are the engine coming through with the diamond plate on the bottom of the cabs, but not the towers? Is it because of the swivels and plumbing on the engines?

l think so, to cut down on the paint dings...

Yea only the engines because the hose and they said they noticed older rigs rust in that area. I was told

The FDNY is focus on replacing the older 75' units, so I don't think the new 95' units will start being built until sometime next year.

21,35,163 should arrive by Aug 2022 depending

163 not sure. 21 will keep the 2010 yes. Shops took it recently and getting it a little Work
