They were assigned after the box went out, looks like MD was trying to hold off E-3 act. but was unable to raise them, B-12 latter confirmed that E-3 is on scene operating.

L-43 was initially on another box, became avail. & assigned, MD was trying to put TL-14 10-8 but they were already 10-84

L*43 pulled up behind E*3, L*26 was right behind them, then L*14 was infront of E*3. I'm unsure if they were first or backed down the block, I heard conflicted accounts of who made it first due.

That said 14 Truck did a good job positioning the rig, short jacked and shot the bucket through a tree.
