Disabled train in the tunnel with approximately 1500 passengers

Phone Alarm - Reporting smoke in the tunnel - 17:27

B-45: Transmit a 10-75 - We have reports of a disabled train in the tunnel - 17:37

H&L-106 FAST

B-45: We have reports that passengers are evacuating & walking towards Manhattan - 17:42

D-14: Have Manhattan put out a box on their side as well - 17:43

D-14: Assign 2 additional trucks (L-116 & TL-146) - 17:47

D-14: Per MTA, the train ran over some debris which disabled the train, they're working to remove the debris & have the train move on to Manhattan - 18:04

D-3: Assign a Rescue to the Manhattan Box (R-1) - 18:16

FC: All Hands - 18:17

FC: We have approx. 1500 passengers that have to be evacuated - MTA will have a rescue train take them to the Queens side - DWH - 18:26

FC: The rescue train is leaving the Vernon Blvd. station to the disabled train and will start transferring the passengers - 18:47

FC: All passengers have been transferred to the rescue train and are enroute to the Vernon Blvd. station - 19:19

FC: Units will now assist transit to dislarge the heavily engaged steel under the train - Requesting power off - 19:28
