A 61 Unit called PD Disp. with this fire about 4:05pm, reporting the 6th floor.

ALL HANDS at 4:16pm, also Extra E, T..... E. ? L. 159, ........ Apt. 5B>>>>>>corrected to Apt. 5D.
MBFKD and Primaries NEG. at 4:20pm.
PWH at 4:27pm, DoB 23mins.
10-40 Code1 at 4:40pm. Elect/Gas shut off in fire apartment, and 4D.
UC at 4:47pm, DoB 43mins.

E-321 is 2nd due. There are 2 injuries, 1 civilian & 1 FF. Occupant of fire apt came home & found the apartment a blaze.
