For all those who ask about what goes to the fire first (closest units, relocators, etc.), here is the answer. It’s always the closest units. It went from a 10-75 to a 3rd Alarm in 3 minutes. If you look at the apparatus assigned on each alarm, it’s all apparatus very close to the fire. There was no time for any relocators to get in the area and hence make an assignment of them appear illogical. If this didn’t go to a 3rd for 45 minutes, then E39 could have made it to E60’s quarters and been assigned on the 3rd Alarm.
