1630 - Bn. 12 - Transmit the 10-77. Fire on the 7th floor. One line being stretched.

1631 - Bn. 12 - All Hands - Attack stair "B.

1642 - Bn. 12 - Primaries are complete and negative from the 7th floor to the roof.

Before the 12 gave the 10-77 the requested EMS for an unconscious in the lobby unrelated to the job… Stopped listening to the radio and all of a sudden it’s a 77. I believe the initial was just for smoke on the 7th floor.

EMS was called for the arrest, which ended up being an unconscious in the lobby. When on scene, they saw smoke coming out of an elevator, then looked outside and seeing fire out the seventh floor called in the fire to EMD. I believe fire was already on scene unknown to EMS, as the first arriving companies positioned on Paladino Ave which is obscured by the building.
