317 and 165 were first due .... 317 gave the 10-75

Not sure about the engine but QD asked L-165 if they're responding after the 10-75 was transmitted. and fdnycand89 is correct, E-317 gave the 10-75, I updated the rundown.

The 54 missed it being the 10-75 chief at the other job on 211th St. Looks like the companies were operating a good 10 min. or so before any arriving chief.
