Electrical fire in the sub-cellar of a 41 story 200x250 office building.
B-8: Using 2&2 investigating a smoke condition in the sub cellar - 20:39
B-8: Transmit a 10-76 - 20:45

B-8: We had some type of explosion in the sub-cellar - No fire at this time - 20:46
B-10: Start out the Hazmat response (E-44 HTU) - 20:50

FC: Special call 2 additional trucks (L-3 & L-16) - 21:18
FC: The fire is contained to an electrical switchboard in the sub-cellar, that fire is extinguished - DWH - 21:22
FC: Special call a truck to relieve the FAST truck (TL-12) - 22:03
FC: Per C-7, There wasn't an explosion, there was an issue with the power main that sounded like an an explosion - Con Ed is on scene awaiting additional resources - PWH - 22:22
D-3: Special call an extra engine for relief (E-26) - 23:10
