One of those crazy boxes, the fire building is E81 administratively yet they are 5th engine on the assignment.
 
In the RBIS era, how hard could it be to properly align the Admin districts with the response areas?

It would be ideal to inspect, drill and do E-CIDS on the buildings that your Company is 1st due to. And inspect the hydrants that you use, etc.
