take 165 out as water rescue...the dispatcher told 151 they were the water rescue ..and add 168...and 167 was added when Res2cue was assigned

When I said 16 I was referring to Perth Amboy. R1 would have been a hour and 13.

R5 went 10-84 in 19 minutes and clove road is 2 exits before Bradley.
