Fire Location: 1B orchard Beach RD Port Washington NY
A 2 Family Home was Destroyed by a Fire in Port Washington. The blaze broke out around 7:15pm on Orchard Beach Rd in Manorhaven.The Port Washington Fire Department, under the command of Chief Lore, got the initial calls and were assisted by crews from at least three additional departments. Fire Fighters moved from an interior attack to an exterior attack due to heavy fire and a possible collapse. Occupants were able to self evacuate. The cause of the fire is under investigation by the fire marshal and the Nassau Police Arson/Bomb Squad. Credit lifirebuff
