B-8 has a partial bldg collapse of a 4 story.

Got a theory on these recent Collapses. Looks like the work got started a while back in a least 3 instances , but the work stoppage due to Covid may be a contributor? You removed beams or other then had to Vacate the Job. Could be ?

Makes a lot of sense, especially with the heavy rains recently.
