Actually feel like 167/87 could beat 163/83 to this location as they would have a more direct route to it

Box is in the middle of SI and indeed quite a hike from most companies. Even though 167/87 have a straighter shot up Richmond Avenue, still think 163/83 are a bit closer. Super long run for the 23, probably the outskirts of their first due area. New Springville area of SI, heavy with private dwellings.
