No, They Are Able To Have A Total Of 6 Engines (1 s/c Above AH). Then, (1) For "Overhaul Relief" & (1) For CFR.

In This Case, This Does Even Matter Because Prior To Requesting The Extra Engine, The Fire Was Placed PWH. So, They Can Call Extra Engines Without The Greater Alarm.
