Take a 360 on Google street view. Quite a few new MDs. Any many others underway. This was a residential neighborhood of 1 and 2 family homes. Population is exploding. Of people and automobiles.

Watch for even more high density developments in what was once predominately PD areas with what the city is proposing. Greedy and corrupt real estate developers and their filthy politician lap dogs will ensure there’s more rental housing being built for the never ending invasion of foreigners.
The globalist companies like Blackrock, state street, etc demand it.
Non stop media coverage about “lack of affordable housing” and “younger Americans don’t want to own a house” without any mention of blocking financial companies from buying up any and all available real estate to only rent.
Many people would love to own a house and it’s still a path toward financial freedom.

“You will own nothing and be happy.”
Goes along with the campaign of “Joy” being championed by one of the presidential candidates.
