Still Alarm - FDNY report of a previous extinguished fire.
In a lot of the country a still is any alarm for which a box is not transmitted. Certainly well known in Chicago. In Baltimore it would be a silent alarm: in Philadelphia and DC a local.

In the modern politically correct FDNY the term "Collyers Mansion" is no longer to be used....the new term is "clutter" .......sub termed ...Light ...Medium or Heavy.
Although you would think that the classification of Collyer's Mansion clutter of light, medium, or heavy would be sufficient, you would be wrong. You should use the CIR; the Clutter Image Rating scale. This is a pictorial scale of 9 equidistant photos of clutter in three rooms: living room, kitchen, and bedroom and can range from 1 to a high of 9.
When a hoarder is found, the London Fire Brigade does a CIR evaluation and enters this in their operational risk data base (ORD).
I always thought that "it's up to the windowsills!" was more than enough.
