Frank was a fireman in Eng. 209 and possibly Ladder 102, a lieutenant in Engine 222
and a captain down Ralph Ave in Engine 227. A good boss to work under.

Other than knowing Billy thru the job l was very lucky to work with him in the emergency room at St John Queens hospital where l worked for 25 years.

As I read over the names of "Another War Years Vet Passes", I know that some of the members here had once worked with them in the same firehouse.
You fought the same fires together.
Witnessed the same tragic events together
Yet laughed and had fun together.

They were Your Brother Firefighters who would risk their lives for you, just as you would for them.

As the years have passed everybody got older.
But your memories of these FDNY War Years Firefighters, will not be forgotten

My condolences to ALL of you here who has lost a Brother Firefighter.
Whose names are among the honored here as they pass on to a better place.

May They Rest In Peace.
