We need L103(ret) to tell us about the time Tom Neary rescued some poor dog trapped in a burning junkyard.

I was working with Tom that nite…he pulled up his collar and boots, pulled down his ear flaps and went into this burning truck body leaving melted rubber foot prints on the red hot deck of the truck body and picked up the pooch…it was really hard to follow Tom

Is anyone able to give a back-story as to why Neary transferred (or WAS transferred) from 103 to 31?
