CHANGE IN SATELLITE DISPATCH POLICY?

A question for one of our Dispatcher Subject Matter Experts.  I noticed on the rundown for the job on 2/9, 66-33-881, that Eng. 9/Satellite 1 responded on the 2-2 as normal.  I also noted that on the 3-3, E.207/Satellite 6 was assigned.  Was this a special call for that particular incident or has the Job returned to the policy of dispatching a second Satellite on a 3-3?  Thanks!
