And the perp had 21 prior arrests. Including 1 two days ago. This is what the majority of NYC residents want. Wait til the next mayor gets in. If you really want to be a cop there are PLENTY of other departments to hitch your wagon to: many of which don’t have a city tax or a state income tax.
