E265 L121 & Bat47 (Beach 49th St. in Queens)

I saw a photo of the above mentioned units' quarters which appears to be an incredibly huge firehouse than one would normally see in NYC. Does this firehouse also have ambulances running out of it? i saw the EMS symbol next to the FDNY logo on the front of the building. Anyone chime in please.

Yes, it does contain an EMS station.

This is one of two houses which have EMS and Fire together.  Both the Firehouse and EMS Station were falling apart so they built one big one for everyone.  The Battalion was also moved and placed in the new house.

Not sure how many EMS units run out of the house.

Engine 168 in Staten Island is a combined FD & EMS station.

Five Ambulances run out of the station or more correctly they change shifts and resupply at the station.
