How busy are they! Thinking about getting these trucks kitbashed for my collection. I notice over on Mikes site that Ladder 7 has an assortment of boxes on it.
They get some decent work, although I usually see E16 on EMS runs more than anything else =P Lots of class 3 boxes in the neighborhood though
TL7 has two or three boxes on the roof, a big one similar to what you see on other trucks and some smaller ones that they just added a month or two ago. And yes, TL7 is the Midtown SSL, and E16 also operates the FDR 1 rig.

da TRUCK, actually catches some decent work (todays standards) and runs pretty far north 2nd due. I like the make up of there 1st due area a real good mix of Class III's; brownstones, hi-rise, md's etc
Just a little note if you're going to kitbash them, the image of the engine is slightly outdated. They no longer have the flag decal on the driver door, they've replaced it with a flag hanging in the rear (at least they did two months ago). The front lightbar scheme is reversed (white - red -white). There's also some slight signs of wear and tear on the rear.
we just got a xfer from L7 a while back. he left there because they did not do much work. i am sure it is a great house regardless of what they are doing.
