Curious if the do not relocate list has changed or if BN21 going to BK last night was the result of someone making a discretionary decision to violate the policy.

Going to look into it. I wonder with so many older rigs on a "Do not Relocate" list. Things might have changed.
 
If you got no one else and everyone else around them is in the can move as a last resort.

Only need 2 BCs on the island at a time
