Yes Lebby, I agree.

Our member "Manhattan" (Rest in Peace) was a GREAT GUY and he would always recognize Flag Day, as well as Memorial and Veterans Day.

Wasn't it an EMS unit at your station, or EMS Station 7 (?) that had it's flag stolen off the back of the bus and "Manhattan" went out and replaced it.

I think there is a write up about it in the "News of Members" thread on this site.

The flag was stolen off the bus on flag day of all things. Manhattan replaced it and then when he passed we sent it to Station 7 (in his home neighborhood) to be displayed.
