Probably no more (quite possibly less) than the FDNY rigs. Doesn't look like it have anything special except a larger tank (thus the reason for the dual rear axles).

Spartan builds under its own brand. They have acquired other builders over the past decades to compliment their chassis for fire apparatus. That looks like a smeal or crimson of old which were both acquired by Spartan. They are a publicly traded company.
