If you mean is there someone on ‘Housewatch’ 24 hrs /day, the answer is YES. By rules it’s divided up into 3hr shifts but each House has there own unofficial setup.
My first Company had the night tour set up as:
6 -9. 9-2. 2-5. 5-9
