--NYPD Harbor has moved assests to harbors in Westchester County, NY.

--USCG Sector New York (Staten Island) has also moved vessels to the north, including West Point.

--NYPD Aviation has moved assests to Stewart Airport in Orange County, NY

New York State Thruway from Newburgh to Tarrytown is closed

Tappan Zee Bridge is closed

The Thruway is flooding.

The bridge I heard was flooding also (?). A section of I-287 is closed due to flooding.

The city is lifting the evacuation order for Zone A effective 1500hrs.

Were ALL of the listed Units actually activated & for how long ?.....i know i heard some on the QNS frequency ....curious about the rest.

Engines, Ladders, Rescues were staffed 3 + 1 minimum, Brush units were staffed with 2, and an entire off duty tour was brought in for reserve. All of us stayed in the firehouses working 12 on 12 off.
