What extremely sad news, I crossed path's with Honorary Chief Of Department Jack Lerch many times over the years at both at the Shop's & and Job's, he was one heck of a nice guy, always new the answer's or got them. I was proud to have known him and am sooo very sorry to hear of his passing. My condolences to his family, many friends and the FDNY - May he RIP!
