MABAS 19 Technical Rescue Task Force and 4 Divisional Task forces have been requested in the aftermath of a tornado in Kankakee IL. A task force usually consists of 5 engines and a chief. Widespread damage.

Does Illinois have a FEMA USAR team? Does the state have an Office of Emergency Management to coordinate resources or is it all done via the MABAS structure?
