Very nice occasion. On comparing last years Staff Chiefs with this years one, , they are the same except for

Assistant Chief Richard J Howe who is missing. I presume AC Gala replaced him .
 
Does anybody know where I can access the FDNY Medal Ribbons of Valor poster I think it is a new publication ?
